This is an HID headlight ballast for the 2nd generation 2008+ Toyota Alphard / Vellfire’s. This also fits the ACR5# Series of Toyota Estima’s and ZRR7# series of Voxy’s.

How to tell if you need a new HID ballast?
If you start your vehicle and your low beams are both on, but after some time one or both turn off (could be 15 seconds all the way to about 30min after startup), you most likely need a new ballast. You can confirm this by turning the vehicle off and starting it up again, if they turn on then turn off again, you have a faulty ballast.
