Refund policy

Please check part compatibility before placing an order, often the compatible models are in the title or description of the product. To ensure there are no problems with compatibility you may use the following compatibility checker to get in touch with our team and ensure the parts you order will fit your vehicle model.

  • Parts may be returned and refunded (100% of the order value) within 14 days of receiving the order only for factory defects, a return shipping label will be provided.
  • For incorrectly placed orders parts may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, the buyer must pay for return shipping, the full order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and credit card processing fee. 

If parts are returned for any reason other than an error on our end or factory defects, JDM AUTO PARTS reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%, which also applies to parts that are not in brand-new condition and show signs of installation. During these refunds, any shipping charge and credit card processing fee may also be deducted from the final refund value. 

We will always try make things right when transactions don’t go to plan, if there are any problems with your order we will contact you promptly regarding it, feel free to also reach out with any questions or concerns.
